SR22 in XP12: FMOD Licence Error & Missing Glass (Need server reset)

Hello,

I purchased the Take Command! SR22 G1000 and I am trying to run it in X-Plane 12 (installed standalone on my E: drive) using the latest March installer.

The aircraft loads with missing window glass and frozen systems. X-Plane displays a prominent error regarding the commercial sound bank: 'We detected one or more issues with this sound bank... make sure you have an active licence for it... Torquesim Sr 22-fmod-SR22.snd'.

I have already applied Full Control permissions to the E: drive, verified 'X-Aviation' shows up in Plugin Admin, and ran everything as administrator. The issue seems to be an activation/server-side lock on my license profile.

Furthermore, your automated ticket system is preventing me from opening a new support ticket because it says I have two older open tickets (which unfortunately were never replied to).

Could an administrator please look into my account, close those stuck tickets, and reset/fix my activation slots for the SR22? My account email is: munoz.colmenero@gmail.com
