Message at X-Plane 10 start up

How can I fix this problem, to keep mesage from poping up. This is the default 747 United aircraft. I have attached a screen shot. I have deleted the folder, then re-installed aircraft. Was there a patch that I missed somewhere. ?

The best way to re-install any default aircraft is to run the X-Plane updater.

Looks like X-Plane is having trouble reading the aircraft. The file may have accidentally gone corrupt when you were installing. Do what sqrt(-1) said.

Thanks, I may have already done that, but I will try again. I was wondering if I put in Disk 1, is there a repair function.

Dont use the DVD installer/updater - its generally out of date.

 

The Installer/updater linked above will repair any XP10 installation for the "Laminar Supplied" files.

I have tried the installer, but this week(19-22 Aug.) it get's stuck on "locating servers."  Never had this problem before. I wonder if the servers were down.

This week I checked their servers every day for the RC and no problem at all, all of them were/are fully functional.
