Modifing mesh under taxiway

I would like to know if it's possible to have a road go under a taxiway in X-Plane 10. If so can it be done with Meshtool. Would it be restricted to the default mesh or could it be done with Free HD 2.0 Mesh. Have attached a photo of what I would like try if possible. Have no experiance with mesh.post-7704-0-42976500-1408102049_thumb.jp
