Using the x-plane scenery generator with a different model

Hello all,

 

I want to use my X-Plane 10 sceneray to generate the out-the-window view for a different flight model I'm experimenting with.

 

I have experience with CIGI, and could use the CIGI-X interface, but I'd like something more closely coupled than CIGI,

 

a/ The flight model is running on Linux.

 

b/ I can run X-Plane on Windows, Mac, Linux

 

c/ Ideally, I would be able to pass the posititon/orientation over and X-Plane would draw the pilots perspective

 

d/ Is there a DIS interface for X-Plane?

 

I am searching through the boards, but haven't had much success, yet.
