Are these known issues?

Just purchased this weekend.

 

The Float version, radios don't work can't turn dials. Light switches don't work. Starter sometimes inop.

 

Non-Float, Ligh switches don't work and NAV2 radio dials don't work.

 

I've uninstalled and installed 3 times. Win 7X64 /i7 3.2 /GTX 670M 3B
