TheSlasher Posted November 13, 2013 Report Posted November 13, 2013 Should I read the code of conducts and the policies of vatsim? Or is it just self explanatory were it says no ads, act professional Etc.
pryoski Posted November 13, 2013 Report Posted November 13, 2013 (edited) You should read them anyway, if you're planning to utilize the service. If something goes haywire, ignorance is not an acceptable defense. However, it sounds to me that you need to join it and absorb the environment for a while to get a feel for the culture. It's often better (and less painful for everyone concerned) to observe quietly in the background, keep your eyes peeled and ears to the ground than to brazen something out.
