I can't get my Toliss A321 to work

Hello; I've been trying for several days to get the Airbus 321 template working, following all the steps in the manual, but it doesn't recognize any of the encoders or buttons. When I load the aircraft, it doesn't give me any errors. I'm hoping someone can help me.
