My poor little Macbook Pro just can't handle the detailed Chris K versions for CYYZ.They either slow it right down or it crashes the simulator. Is there a CYYZ that is less detailed and will run in my lowly Macbook?

Thank you,

Did you try setting the rendering options to low or medium? Also, keep in mind when you open an app like safari or mail and you click the x button it doesn't do anything but just close it. make sure you quit it by double tapping on the app and clicking "quit"

Also, change airport detail to low or medium. Also lower the rendering or detail of other stuff, for example, water reflection

Thank you Slasher.

i have a 2 year old laptop.2.3 Ghz Intel CoreiS,Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB, 4 GB 1333 Mhz DDR3, OSX 10.8.5.

i know the computer is low end as far as the minimum required is 512 as per Ben's reply. i have no trouble with the average ,detail airports.i always have the rendering at the low or default settings, so i guess with the computer I have ,I will have to be content with what it can handle.

Thanks for your feedback.
