Crj200 Performance Charts.

Hello.

I want to start planning the fuel manually and also there are some charts missing for me.

First, I need the Fuel consumption charts on every flight level and temp', thrust and speed(Don't know how it works)

Same for APU.

 

Any place to get them?

 

Also, I don't know where to get the speed charts for cruise and rate of climb.

 

And Last thing is more general, ISA+0 means that when it is 15C and press of 1013HPa, then every 1000ft the temp decreases for 2C until some atmosphere layer where it stays -57C. So If There is ISA+-n(when n isn't 0). What does it mean?
