CRJ-200 Preformance

Hey,

 

I am really interested about buying the CRJ-200, but don't want to get it and have horrible preformance. So how do they well do you think X Plane would run if my specs are:

 

1.3GHz Dual-Core, Intel Core i5

 

4GB ram 1600mhZ

 

I usually run at medium to low settings and get around 30 fps.

A very important spec is missing: you didn't tell which graphics card you are using and how much VRAM it has.

We recommend at least 512MB VRAM, 1GB is better if you run at maximum texture resolution.

1.3GHz is a little bit on the lower end. You might need to turn down objects count, cars and other traffic (CPU-intense stuff) to get an acceptable frame-rate with an 1.3GHz CPU. But first you should find out what your graphics card specs are.

I bought it anyway with the fact that my computer might not handle it and it turns out it runs just fine. I had to change a few settings around to get the performance I wanted but other than that it runs well enough for my liking.
