Engine Issues

On my last two flights I had this weird issue where my #1 or #2 engine would be stuck at 72% N1 while I had control of the opposite engine. Shutting down the affected engine and restarting it doesn't fix the problem either. Any idea how to fix it or is this just a bug?

are you sure, you started the engine after N1 reached 15%?

something else, if both engines are envolved:

are you sure, the reverse-axis was absolutly at the limit?
