Flying_pig Posted April 23, 2013 Report Share Posted April 23, 2013 Ok, needless to say but my new 7970 will not post, in fact my motherboard won't even beep at me to tell me what's wrong. (yes i enabled it in the bios) However the fans spin and my power supply is cabable of running this card. (i have a 650wt min is 550wt) Also i have already rma'd my first card and when i put a 550TI or 560 the system works fine Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Flying_pig Posted April 25, 2013 Author Report Share Posted April 25, 2013 Yes, if i hadn"t the fans would'nt spin and the computer would have booted as if the card didn't exist in fact during troubleshooting i just unplugged one of the power cables from the card when i needed to check something with windows.
