How to build "Custom Facades" .fac (for x-plane 9)

I would like to use Custom Facades for placing simple houses in an urban area.

 

I have read those descriptions multiple times, but I don't know how to use theme, especially with a custom texture.

I don't get the point how to tell x plane in the .fac file how to use the texture for walls, roofs, and side walls.
