The default GPS acts very odd. every time i click to change another selection it skips a spot. it also shows incorrect distance and track

last but not least it does not allow me to use GPS track when i click on CDI nothing happens

Also with the radios when ever i have two freq tuned every time i flip the switch down it automatically changes the freq to the one i had on the top selector example :

Nav1   (should happen)

115.20   => flip switch down => 115.27

115.27                                           115.20

What happens Instead

115.20

115.20

To further clarify instead of the freq swapping it's duplicating the freq

all is explained in the manual. Please read it carefully.

But I will tell you that the plugin is reading in each stroge the looping change of all the functions of the GPS. That is "bad" for this case of the press of the CDI, or good with the letter selection because is fast choose them.

The key is to make quick (normal.. not stay pressing the mouse) clicks of the mouse to change one by one.

This happens in the GPS and the DME systems. Bus as said the manual says everything about this:

Pag32:

RIGHT KNOBSThe
outer one controls the change of the pages the GPS shows, and the inner one the subpages
of each page.
The control of this knob has to be done with short mouse strokes because is very sensitive.

This knob also controls the letter-number selection for the “direct mode”.

Pag21: DME:

CH PUSH BUTTON -
Selects between Nav1 and Nav2 channels. You have to press a quick mouse stroke to
change it because the continuous pressing makes a full run over both 2 channels.
SEL PUSH BUTTON -
Selects between KT (Ground speed in knots), MIN (time to reach nav aid in minutes) or ID
display (shows the name of the nav aid tuned.
User has to press a quick mouse stroke to make a good sequence of functions. Continuous pressing
changes quickly between system.

I read the manual! lol :)

I spend too many hours writting a manual to solve the questions that I think people are going to ask me in forums .....  :P

and it is one of the most boring work I find because I write in the english I know that is not perfect. align images.. etc.. Very boring. I hope every user read the manual before pilot the plane. People will find solutions to a lot of questions they may have.

Anyway.. I pretend in future to just leave those buttons that changes fast, to make 1 change over each click we make.. but I need vacations first!! :P

I also found the click spots far too touchy. I understand what it's doing, it's just quite difficult, and I have a hig end gaming mouse. Takes "x" times longer just to enter a ICAO code than it should, just my thoughts. I'll have to figure out how to bind it to one of my rotary encoders on my home made panel.

going to repeat it in case this was miss.

the behabiour is correct. I you read carefully the manual (crying.....) you will see how the switch down is for recovering memory.

The extrange thing is that I stored the 115.20 in the nav1 mem and always will be that frequency (to mem something), and you had your up memory the same.. and that is what happening.

But everything is explained in the manual (cryinnggggg...) -_-
