I can no longer use my "toggle reverse thrust" button to bring the thrust levers from alpha to beta range. Changing button assignment does not change the result. "Move both power levers to reverse from ground idle" does not work, either. I can mouse drag them into either range.

12.2.0-b7 <- the only change.

It's not B7. I'm on B7 too and did some Flights with the MU-2 and she worked fine.
What Hardware are you using? I'm using Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo and the Lever Switches on the Bravo did their Job as assigned.

XP doesn't change Settings with the Updates normally but you should check the Bindings, Response Curves and the MU-2 Preferences if it's not a Hardware Failure.

Also have a look at the "New Flight" and the Customize Settings -> Failure Settings and "Repair" all Failures.
Even if there are no Settings for Failures done, sometimes there appear some after a longer use of the MU-2.
I had oscillating Engine Power, a blown Tire after Take Off and the last one was the impossibility to set Torque. Levers moving but no Power.  A "Repair" solves all of them.

T.Flight Hotas One with a detent at 50% travel. It's not the XBOX/PC switch or button. I can click and drag the power levers over the gate and then manipulate the entire range from beta to alpha but as soon as I drop into the alpha range, I cannot get back into beta.

I checked the bindings, response curves, or preferences. I have recalibrated the Hotas a few times.

I reset all failures more than once. The button to lift the power levers stopped working around the time I was practicing engine failures on rotation  but it did not fix the problem. I will keep trying but it is a bummer. I love this model. Thanks for the ideas.

I thought it was the Cold/Dark vs Start with engine running option but that is not the case.

You can't reach the Beta Zone anymore? You talked about Revers first. The Reverse Thrust Command is not for reaching the Beta Zone. That's a little bit confusing now.

Any other Software for the Hotas active? For reaching the Beta Zone from Alpha the "Lifts both power levers..." Command is needed.
The Button you have assigned to the Command "Lifts both power levers for dual (single) lever hardware" is working with other Commands?
In the MU-2 Preference:
Show Ghost Throttles - Lift Zone and Below

If you reaching the Lift Zone from Alpha Range, the Ghost Throttle should appear and you should be able to activate the Throttle Lever Lift with the assigned Button. Animation and Sound should appear.
Check you Power Level Upper and Lower Limit.

These are my Preference Settings for the  Honeycomb Bravo.

Good to hear you fixed the Problem. I know that. Looking through the Settings, accidentally changing one, followed by a "What the H*ll is going on here." and you feeling like Indiana Jones searching for the Holy Grail.

Enjoy your Flights.
