I buy x-plane this weekend and i´m playing the demo now, before the simulator be shipped.

How to config game for don´t allow harder movements (aerobatics)?

I dont understand your question! If you dont want to do aerobatics then dont pull on the yoke so hard ???

yes, i see..

But on a few moments i turn the joystick on a very harder curve! This movement on Flight Simulator will stress

the airplane, with end of flight. On x-plane the fly will continue and no warning will be showed. How to config

x-plane for this?

You need to turn on the destruction settings available in the operations and warnings menu.
