rddaos Posted April 27, 2012 Report Share Posted April 27, 2012 I have a problem initializing the position of my CRJ 1.4.5. Everything is working until the point that I copy the departure airport coordinates into the scratch pad. Next, I click the FMS right select key 5 to set position, but nothing happens. philipp Posted April 27, 2012 Report Share Posted April 27, 2012 The IRS can only be aligned when it's in stby mode. -If you loaded the aircraft cold&dark, you have to turn the IRS selectors to the NAV position before entering the coordinates-If you loaded the aircraft with engines running, the IRS is already aligned. To re-align it to a new position, turn the IRS selectors to the OFF position for at least ten seconds, then turn them back to NAV.Philipp Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
