Machine ID locked after installing XP 2.1.4 on external drive

HI

I am unable use any of the products linked to GIzmo. My machine iD is locked. I have not changed my PC, I only connected a new external drive.

 

I have opened a ticked ID S3A-5TE-M33N several days ago, but my  problem ha snot been resolved.

 

please help
