Really impressed with the results turning up on the forum that I'm giving designing my own liveries a try & loving it (Pure amateur at present)

Two quickies--

1. Wheres the best place on the site or elswhere to read up?

2.I've got a host of programs-Corel PShop x4 Pro----Corel Graphicsx4 (inc. Photo-Paint which I like & it works & is more intensive than Photoshop ) AutoCad. + a few others (Were work related programs I'm now retired)

Which would be considered the best? Thanks Guys
