Problems of very very few frames

Hello, the problem I have with the CRJ200 is that after I formatted the computer, I installed the x-plane 9.70 and the CRJ200. when I open the office on CRJ200 simulator and the simulator is going to 1 frame every 5 seconds. Before I had the same operating system (windows xp sp3) and I was fine the plane,

I have no plugin installed so rule out either by plugins, any ideas? thanks!

Have you installed the most recent drivers for your GPU?

Do you have any program doing openGL in background (this includes a browser trying to render a hardware-accelerated CSS3-animation)?

The driver version of the gpu is the same I had before formatting the computer and I was fine. I have also tried to close any active process is not necessary before opening x-plane. It is a problem that error for me to appear on the crashlog.thanks!

I managed to frame the problem, uninstall and install version1.4.2 1.2 and frames work well, but fmc screens and speed indicators and alttitud and aircraft systems are in poor resolution, my card aTI Radeon X1550 graphics is that the problem be?
