Terra Max trees question

I want to get Terra Max for XP11 and right now I have Orbx trees installed.  I read that Terra Max has it's own tree textures so will I have to uninstall my Orbx trees for Terra Max to work properly?  I assume the seasonal effects will not work with other trees?
