X-Aviation Customer Purchase Validation Error

Hi, I am new to xplane and just purchased the Hot Start Challenger 650.  I am trying to install the product but am getting the below error at the customer purchase validation box after putting in the required credentials..

Cant get past this screen

 

Is someone able to help a complete Xplane newbie?

I just worked out that my password included special characters that was causing the issue.
