C650 Could not save e-mail data

Greetings,

I've just bought the HotStart Challenger 650 but I can't manage to activate it tho.

After typing e-mail + password on the Licensing Pop-Up I get this error message.

Any thoughts on this matter?

p.s.: Running X-Plane 11 on Macbook Pro M1 | MacOs Ventura 13.5.1
