So i bought the Xplane12 update for the IEX737.

After installing, i got the message "your machine is registered to a different user" so the plane is litteraly unusable.

I contacted the Support about my problem, but no reply since 3 days.  (Ticket #6B06M)

 

im not willing to open a new supportticket and wait 3 days again.
