Anyone know how to program the CRS to the Honeycomb Bravo? (Left Rotary Dial)

Remarkable as it may be, everything is working with my Honeycomb Bravo, except the ability to program the CRS. For some reason, (or other) that didn't come through with the default throttle profile.

I was wondering if anyone had success programming the CRS option (2nd to last on the left rotary dial.)
