Co-Pilot Marker Beacon Bulbs Default to Full Dim

As in the title, the co-pilot marker beacon lights bulbs load by default at full dim. This is the case for Glass, GNS, and OEM panels. Guessing this should probably default to full bright as on the pilot's side.
