Frame Drop on Tile Load

I love the Challenger but I have been experiencing an issue that is grounding my Challenger for the moment. Whenever, I fly the Challenger and I get to a new tile load my FPS drops dramatically <20 FPS (from 35-50 FPS) for up to 20 seconds at a time while the tile loads, which causes me to lose connection on VATSIM. It's extremely frustrating because the Challenger is the only plane that I suffer such a drop with.

I have a i5 8600k (OC to 4.6) , a 2070 (8 GB), 16GB of RAM, and XP and all scenery is on a M.2 SSD. I have the 6GB or less version of the Challenger installed and am using the num_workers=4 (2 less than my 6 cores my CPU has). I have also tried removing all scenery, lower world objects to medium (from high I run with all other planes) and still suffer the same issues.

Is there anything I can do to help these stutters go away? I know other people out there with similar hardware are flying this plane, am I the only one experiencing these issues?
