Strange 'crash'

I'm getting a strange graphical crash. It occurs when I try to enter a menu using a mouse click. This is in VR. Once the error appears it becomes worse over 10 seconds or so, but XP does not close down. Any ideas?

RTX2080ti, AMD 3950x, 64gb RAM. Vive Pro VR.
