Mean time to Failures

Hi,

Here in the "EDIT FAILURES" screen, I see that by default, all systems are in the "ALWAYS WORKING" state. 
Does this mean that if I keep all the systems properly maintained, I will NEVER have any failure? 
If so, then is there a way to turn on mean time to failures for all systems or a group of systems?
