IXEG 737 - how to load .fms files with custom waypoints at xplane 11?

I have no problems at loading .fpl flight plans at xplane 11 (coroutes option)  but I would to load flight plans with waypoints created by me (fms files). Once the .fpl files don't have gps coordinates it means that all  "route points" must be at the xplane database with the respective coordinates. A custom waypoint obviously will not be considered

I have no problems to load .fms files at  aircrafts  with G1000 for instance but not with Ixeg 737. Is it possible or no way with this last aircraft?

Note - I tried to put the .fms files at Ihe same IXEG folder where are the fpl files and also at output/fms plans folder.
