CRS 1 Dataref

Hi all, I've got the course 1 knob dataref selected on my warthog but it only moves one digit at a time which is a real pain.    Is there anything I can do to make it move more than one digit at a time?

I've tried different CRS1 datarefs but nothing seems to work.
