ID Mashine not Match X-Aviation IXEG 737, Mu-2,CRJ-200, Jetsream

Since 3 days try to get a support from X-Aviation.
Take Command 340A, IXEG 737 Clasic, CRJ-200, Mu-2 and few outer

It says always ID Maschine not match

And I should freeze 1 PC, but why I should freez my curent PC where I always install and use it?

file 2 tickets but no aggent is online?
