Machin ID locked

Hi guys, i have a problem with activation, and i dont have idea what's the main reason and what can i do. Yesterady I wrote to support on x-aviation chat. I activated 733 three times, i mean in last week on new computer, on my old computer and last machine is in my home city. Is there any chance for unlocked ip? Or buy again ixeg solved solution?
