I'm sorry to be a pain

Hi guys,

I've recently downloaded the 1.6.5 update for the Saab 340A and I try to install it. Whenever I do I get an error thrown up (see attached screenshots).

I've tried to raise this through the contact form and when I try and reply with these screenshots I get a message from my Gmail saying it didn't send my reply because it wasn't the same email address as was involved with the chat :-(

Hence, I'm posting here so that I can ask for help and hopefully not run into those sorts of problems again.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong or anything else you need to know? I'm using Comodo Antivirus if that makes a difference.
