Hi,

Hope you are all well!

I submitted a ticket request which eluded to the need for two of my accounts to be merged to help with the activation of my IXEG 737, but haven't received a reply in over a week. It makes me question whether my ticket was too ambiguous and I don't want to submit a duplicate ticket for obvious reasons.

Please could someone aid me with this matter?
