Hot start TBM 900 master switch won't work

I'm pulling my hair out! For some reason from cold and dark, shut and latch the door, raise the gang bar over master switch - cannot select or operate the master switch. 

I tried everything! All other switches seem to operate.  This would be the latest 11.50 update.

OK, got it! Had to reinstall. Should have not to have had to do that.
