RWC menu entry missing

Hey!

I am using x-plane 11.41 (still) and it seems that RWC is disappearing after "second" usage.

The time i install it, the menu entry is there - and RWC is working, but on a second attempt its gone altough
the module is loaded according to the plugin admin. 

any ideas?
