Cannot install Rollin CRJ-200 on MacOS Catalina

MacOS Catalina (10.15.4)

X-Plane 11.41r1

JRollin CRJ-200 v 1.7.2

When running CRJ-osx-installer-dmg the drive mounts and the installer window opens but nothing happens when I double click the installer file inside the Take Command! CRJ-200 window.
