RealScenery Installer error; No response from vendor

Hi all,

I bought four RealScenery titles, FSGRW, and SkyMaxx Pro.  The weather and SkyMaxx installed perfectly.  Unfortunately, the RealScenery installer crashes immediately after I load my info and download codes.  I've tried this on two PCs getting the same error on both.  Of course, I've verified my username/password, allowed an exception in Windows 10 firewall, temporarily disabled security, etc.  

Despite numerous emails and messages sent to X-Aviation, I have gotten zero responses or acknowledgement.   I'm a little frustrated.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

To resolve this issue, I logged into X-Aviation and changed my password to remove a special character.

The download started after I removed the special character from my password and relaunched the installer.
