Japo32 Posted May 8, 2011 Report Posted May 8, 2011 In order to deal with support questions ASAP, you need to provide AT LEAST the following information:-Operating System version-X-Plane version-installed 3rd-party plugins-Log.txt (from X-Plane main folder) (send it through an attach on the forums)For questions regarding operating procedures it is also beneficial to provide the following:In order to help you we need information about:-Weather-Flight plan-Position-Flight phaseRecomendation!! If the plane crashes to desktop when loading it.. if you have installed twice.. do it a third time with a new demo of x-plane installed. Usually these CTD comes from plugin conflict. That way we ensure you have everything on the Demo clean from other plugin parties. Thanks!Another recomendation!!! Please read the known bugs list and "BEFORE YOU POST YOUR BUG....." posts.
