wahewko Posted October 2, 2019 Report Posted October 2, 2019 (edited) I purchased the simulated aircraft (B737-300 Classic) almost 48 hrs ago, and for some reason unbeknownst to me, the installation software (upon request) indicates that my either password is incorrect or the software hasn't been purchased. I have the receipt of purchase, and the password has worked multiple times to log onto the X-Aviation website. Is there some other password that I'm supposed to enter? I also purchased the manual and was able to get access to it. I notified support immediately, but I haven't heard back yet. I understand that the normal wait period is three (3) days. wahewko Posted October 3, 2019 Author Report Posted October 3, 2019 Thanks Cameron for the possible show stoppers. It wasn't my antivirus protection, but upon updating my password to remove special characters, I was able to successfully install the aircraft. 1 Quote
