Acey Posted July 12, 2019 Report Posted July 12, 2019 Hi All I purchased Maxx FX for x plane 11 (Windows 7 x 64 bit) on June 13th 2019. I installed it and the plugin shows in x plane. When I click on ‘Configuration’, there are no effects shown under ‘Select an effect’. I first emailed X Aviation 15th June and received a reply asking for X-Plane log and screenshot. I sent these on the 18th June, sent a reminder on the 24th June and another on the 7th July. To date I have had no more response . Has anyone else had this issue with support? Am I missing something?
