CAB ALT and High Elevations

I'm currently doing a round the world trip in the TBM and ran into an interesting situation yesterday. I was descending into SPZO (CUSCO, PERU) on the RNP approach for 28 and didn't realise till late that LFE was set to 10800 feet which is high enough to trigger the CAB ALT warning. The aircraft then went into EDM and it was quite the scare. I managed to do the approach manually with my oxy mask on fortunately. Anyone one with any advice on landing at airports with such high LFEs? Much appreciated.
