IXEG737 Altitude and Heading Dials not working

Have been flying the IXEG B-737-300 for a while now with no problems but this issue just recently happened.  On the MCP panel the dials/knobs to set the altitude and heading turn but the values do not change.   Both the left and right course heading work as does the IAS.    All the other knobs/dials on the other panels are working correctly.  It's just those two.  I have reinstalled the aircraft and updated X-plane.  Still the same issue. Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.  I would like to get this bird up in the air again.
