TBM 900 (and other) Xplane ATC not working

Hi, Xplane 11.32 & Hot Start TBM 900 - I cannot get the Xplane ATC to work with this aircraft. Working fine with default ones but not with this or other 3rd Party aircraft. It will not file a flight plan. It tunes the comms frequency but with non flight plan wizard it does not move onto request altimeter. With wizard it says flight plane filed and altimeter requested (but it does not) and the further options to request clearance etc. are greyed out. Tried to manual tune and tried at various airports but cannot get it work. No hints in the log.txt file.

Is there a known issue?
