Can't Install SkyMaxx pro 4.7.3 because macOS Mojave doesn't allow uninstall

Hi, as the title says I can't finish the Install process because the uninstall of the previous Version is not possible. That is the first time I have such a Problem on my iMac. 

I'm running macOS Version 10.14.2

Any help is welcome.
