My sister just came home today, telling me that in one of their classes they are starting to learn how to use x-plane. Apparently this is part of an engineering project where they will be building a glider from scratch using styrofoam and plastic only, and X-Plane will be used to get familiar with why and how airplanes fly. I was surprised to hear that even students in middle school now have the opportunity to experience something like this, and i couldn't believe that they will use X-Plane v9. Its truly unbelievable how far x-plane has spread across the world in such a short time-span. I hope I can be all the help to my sister when building the aircraft, and I hope this activity sparks some interests in aviation and x-plane in middle-schoolers.

I just thought some of you might find this interesting.

Good Night!
