TBM900 activation faile

Hi there

today i purchased the TBM900 from x-aviation store. After starting XP11 up, X-Aviation licensing pops up. After entering email and passwort, another window pops up (console). this windows does not disappear and activation cannot be finished. what can i do?

The problem is solved, bitdefender was the problem but never showed that to me
