Mac/no plugins/manipulators non function/most keyboard commands non function

iMacPro. Intel Xeon 3.2 32Ram  Radeon Pro Vega 16Gb System 10.14

No plug in working, no side tabs working, no manipulators working, keyboard and joystick unresponsive aside from view/movement, no sounds, doors inoperative.

Same here, another thread mentioned six hours ago that a fix was imminent! So much build up this week to such a disappointment on day one
