How to add a waypoint?

I need, for convenience, to add waypoints at the HESHO and PAEPR intersections.  How would I do so, I didn't see it as an option in WED?

Directly Right into xplane. Local map, flag the edit options

I also posted a tool on the .org download manager that allows you to convert the lat long format into the x-plane lat long format and you can just edit your fix.dat file
